KSA COUNSELING

About

About Me

If you have landed here, I know you or your teen/young adult are hurting and likely feeling powerless to change some major aspects of life.  I am a warm, caring person who has 20+ years of professional counseling.  I also have real-world experience as a teen from a family split due to divorce.  I had to overcome depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues as a result.  This is what inspired me to become a Counselor.  It was destiny to turn my past pain into something useful for the next generation.

I specialize, but am not limited to, in helping young people with the following:

  • Social Media Addiction/Management

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Self-Esteem

  • Trauma

  • Organizational & Studying Skills

  • Stress Management

I use a strength-based approach focused on what IS working in your life.  I have found great success personally and professionally building from this positive methodology, rather than solely concentrating on the problem.

I cannot wait to meet and help in any way possible.  I am confident we will make a great team.
